Accelerated Fitness Activity Training Menu And News (A.FAT.MAN)

Hello~!

As of today, I shall introduce to you my A.FAT.MAN programme!!

The plan is to stop obesity and get fit because I have nothing better to do all day since I haven't got a job and I don't want to laze around all day!!

So my plan is:

Everyday - run >6 km and hope to up it soon to match the cross country team who runs like 8-10 km every two days or so 0.0

Monday - go for frisbee training at acsi
Tuesday - go for swimming in the morning and then frisbee training at ACJC
Wednesday - go for frisbee training at NUS
Thursday - go for frisbee training somewhere
Friday - go for exercise routine at nearby park
Saturday - go for shiong frisbee training with Muddy Grass at NUS
Sunday - same as Friday

Kidding la, I don't plan on becoming a buff nut like Jerome, just a sleek and fit guy (hopefully =/)

So anyways my com got fried while I was out jogging on Sunday, so I have to resort to using my dad's laptop for now, so can't really talk much or post as much as I want to.

Hopefully it'll be repaired soon and I can update u on my AFATMAN programme =)

I survived week one by the way, just another few left to go!!

Oh pray it doesnt rain so much if not I cannot maintain my nice tan and AFATMAN!!!
